Days 4 to 6
After another short flight back to Victoria Falls, you will be transferred to the Victoria Falls River Lodge for a 2 nights stay on the edge of the Zambezi in a spacious luxury tent. Days 1 to 3
After arriving at Victoria Falls Airport, you will be driven out to Stanley & Livingstone Game Reserve for the next 2 nights on a Bed & Breakfast basis. From here and included in your stay, are a guided tour of the Falls, with stories of David Livingstone to wow you on our way round. At the end of the day, you’ll get to enjoy a sundowner cruise on the mighty Zambezi. At Stanley & Livingstone, you’ll be surrounded by the tranquility of the private natural reserve which is primely located only 15 minutes from Victoria Falls. You are free to relax, wine and dine, or explore Victoria Falls, with transfers to town and back included in your stay.
Days 3 to 6
A short scenic flight to Hwange National Park, followed by a game drive takes you to beautiful Somalisa Camp, where you’ll spend the next 3 nights on a Fully Inclusive basis. Somalisa Camp is a place where tranquillity meets adventure. One moment you are sipping on a gin and tonic, listening to the distant baritone roar of a lion coalition off on the hunt, and the next you are gazing over at a congregation of elephants at your doorstep. Activities include walking safaris, led by the Camp’s qualified and passionate guides who will share their knowledge and love of the bush with you, game drives and cultural visits.
Days 6 to 9
After your wilderness immersion in the lap of luxury at Somalisa Camp, you will catch another short magical flight to Mana Pools, one of the most wild and free National Parks Zimbabwe has to offer. Here you will be staying at Ruckomechi Camp on a Fully Inclusive basis for the next 3 nights. Be prepared for spectacular views of the broad flowing river. At Ruckomechi you can sit back and listen to the calls of the wild, while the local elephants meander beneath the Acacia Albida trees, whose nutritious seeds they seek.
Days 9 to 11
Catch a short flight to reach Bumi Hills Safari Lodge, where you will stay for the final 2 nights of your journey on a Fully Inclusive basis. Set on a range of remote hills in one of Zimbabwe’s finest wilderness locations, with the Zambezi escarpment as its backdrop, the lodge is a haven of serenity overlooking the eternal shimmering waters of Lake Kariba below.
